"Tracking info is not available at the moment" error?
If you are seeing this message, it means your order is not shipped yet and is still under processing.
Normally, we require 1 – 3 business days to ship a order, please allow us the specified time to update the tracking details.
If you believe that your waiting time has passed the specified time limit, please contact our support team through live chat (if available) or submit a ticket through our help center and we will help you with the order tracking ASAP.
What is the estimated delivery time for an order?
The estimated delivery time for an order depends on several factors like carrier service (UPS, USPS, DHL etc.), order size and product type. However, we have averaged a general delivery time based on order location.
For USA orders:
3 – 5 business days
For international orders:
5 – 8 business days
Note: The above specified delivery time can be different from actual time it takes for your order delivery and does not include the preparation/handling time.
"Your order has experienced a failed delivery attempt" message?
If you are seeing this message, it means that the courier service representative attempted to deliver the package and failed to do so due to any of the following reasons:
- The delivery agent could not verify the customer’s given address
- The delivery required recipient signatures and customer was not present at the delivery address
- The delivery agent was not able to leave the package in a secure location
In this scenario, the delivery agent usually leaves a note to help the recipient contact the courier service and arrange the delivery again at no extra cost.
