At PIL, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, quality products, and excellent customer service. But, in case, things don’t work out due to any unfortunate reason, we gladly accept most returns within 30 days of delivery for free. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please review the following guidelines:

Return Eligibility #

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Certain products may have specific return restrictions due to hygiene reasons or other factors. Please refer to the product description for any such information.

Return Procedure #

To initiate a return, we have implemented a convenient and user-friendly return portal on our website. Simply follow these steps:

  • Access the return portal through our website and provide the required information.
  • Select the reason for the return from the provided options.
  • Upload any necessary documentation, such as photographs or videos, to support your claim.
  • Submit the return request through the portal.

Return Authorization and Shipping Label #

Once your return request is submitted, our team will review and approve the return within 12 hours. Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization along with a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that the return shipping label is valid for use within the contiguous United States.

Packaging and Shipping #

To ensure the safe return of the item, please package it securely using the original packaging materials, if available. If the original packaging is not suitable, use appropriate packaging materials to prevent any damage during transit. Affix the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping carrier location.

Refunds Process #

Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. The refund process will be initiated within 2-3 business days after the item is received. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for the refunded amount to be reflected in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Non-Refundable Items #

Certain items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. These may include personalized or customized items, gift cards, and final sale items. Please check the product description or contact our customer support team for further information.
